That's assuming a Gaussian distribution with a bell-shaped curve.  Personally,
I'm thinking it's more a chi-squared with one long tail on the right, which
lets 75% be to the left of the mean (the median and mode, of course, are
elsewhere on the curve...)

Remember, 3 bozos with 80 IQs and 1 guy with 160 still averages to 100 - and
a 160 IQ isn't what it used to be.. ;)
