Is that a possibility? Did Spamhaus break the law by not being in the
courts jurisdiction?

No But if he *had* admitted jurisdiction and lost, there might have
been a posibility that a warrant be made out because he (SpamHaus) did
not comply with the court's orders.  (Contempt of court or something...)
