It all depends on how they monitor websites, a few ideas occur:
* The sprogling has badly remembered what happened.
* The admin visited the sites/replayed the session and took screenshots  
from his own screen.
* The visits to the sites alerted the admin who used a remote control app  
to view what was being browsed.
* The monitoring software screen shots the session.
