Hi,

There may be some prog/agent/process that may be running on ur system
and whch is helping "them" identify u.
For eg. Some part of "the Game" may require internet connection and
when u connect they send ur details like ur user-id, hardware-id etc
etc. This may allow the site to identify u and thus ban u again.

Check all the programs that connect to internet. Use a firewall,
sniffer or checkout progs at sysinternals

Most likely they might have blocked the entire pool of IP belonging to
your ISP try to visit the website with a proxy server
question. Schools and parents setup these to censor the surfing of
children. Many companies filter their content too, due to the
distraction (and legal ramifications) brought about by warez and
pornography.

How the hell do they recognize me ?

By the tin-foil hat ;)
