Too much work.  Just do a bit of wardriving until you find a WiFi net
you can jump on.  Just be sure to forge your MAC just in case someone is
in turn sniffing you locally.

Of course if you are doing something really nasty you should still probably
bounce your packets off several foreign countries first just to make it
fun.
