Nah, keyloggers don't have to be intelligent, they just have to log
data. It is *you* that needs to be intelligent when reviewing the
captured key strokes.
Of course, but a Keylogger have to be intelligent to automatize the job if you 
want it to be on a worm.

After all, there are revocation certificates if our key is stolen isnt it ?? 
So you need the worm to be fast if you want to use a stolen key.
