How about that one? =)

I thnk those saying you need to match requiremnts to resources (and don't 
forget skillsets; if you have a bunch of IOS jockey's, they will feel 
comforatable with a PIX - somone withouth that background will hate it).

Of course they do. Performance is an important thing to understand,
