Sadly, the privacy statement requires javascript to display it, even 
though it is just a simple navigation link. Fortunately for 
security-minded users who browse with javascript disabled, I was able to 
hack through it :) and discover that the privacy policy can be displayed 
directly here http://www.tisc2002.com/privacy.html
