If you mean a TCP or UDP port then there is no such thing.
ICMP is a layer below TCP/UDP in the OSI model.
Do some research on the internet protocol(IP) and you'll find out all about ICMP.
It stands for the Internet Control Message Protocol which should give you some
clue as to what it actually is.
