We’re using Feith, feith.com. It’s pretty robust, has workflow/queuing, online forms, audit trails, etc. We’ve used it
for about 12 years and are pleased with it. Part of their “claim to fame” is being entirely US-based and certified
5015.02 by the DoD—we feel really confident about their approach to security.

We’re facing some new challenges securely receiving the required student documentation for registration, financial aid,
etc. We used to obtain documentation in person that we’re now looking to collect online. Are any of you using a secure
file upload solution with data indexing features? Ideally, we’d like to identify a solution capable of assisting with
indexing rather than have everything going to a general folder. Building a new solution seems like a major undertaking.
I’d prefer something more out-of-box.

Salesforce is our CRM and Banner as our SIS. We’re also using Docusign, but can’t determine a way to collect documents
such as photos of Driver’s Licenses or SSN cards using it. Got any ideas?
