Hi All,

1. We currently have a more generic address registered for the Information Security Office - "dmca@"

2. The Information Security Office using log data provided by the Network Group

3. Depends on the "actor" involved. Mostly Student Affairs and Human Resources for students and staff
respectively. The vast majority of reported violations are for students.

Hope this helps,

John

Subject: [SECURITY] DMCA Violation

Hi all,

I have a quick question about how everyone deals with DMCA violations.

1. What position is your official DMCA contact point? (ie CIO, CISO, Director, etc?)

2. What department does the investigation and tracks back to individual? (Networking, IT security, etc)

3. Who does the policy enforcement? (Student Services, IT, Campus Security, IT Security, etc)

Thanks!

-Jonathan
