For those that have switched to KnowBe4 or other platforms what is the
pricing like, does it even come close to SANS? SANS I feel is just ok and
we would like to explore other training, but the main sticking point is the
price. Feel free to respond off the list.

We moved from SANS STH to KnowBe4 a few years ago. We use the training
modules for our required IT training for faculty and staff. Our users
report that the training and content are pretty good and enjoyable. We use
the phish training with our employees a few times a year, it does a very
good job and allows the opportunity to provide additional training when and
where needed. Typically we use 12-15 different phish messages each time
and spread it out over the course of a week for delivery. The most
productive phish messages are the Amazon, UPS and FedEx messages. We use
the 4 & 5 star messages which are the most challenging for our users to
detect. KB4 support has been fantastic to work with when we needed it.

Hey There,

Are any other Universities currently a customer of KnowBe4? We are
currently considering them for our ISAT content provider but wanted to get
feedback from an actual customer in Higher Ed. If you feel more comfortable
messaging me directly, I can be reached at j.gomez () snhu edu.

Thanks In advance!
