W2 forms online

Greetings to all:

I was hoping organizations who have moved away from paper based distribution of W2 forms (or other documents with 
sensitive data- SSNs, etc) would be willing to share information regarding their  security framework supporting such a 
move.   Have you implemented two-factor authentication solutions i.e. levering hard tokens or are you simply using 
alternative enhanced authentication solutions?  Any guidance on vendor/solution or homegrown development would also be 
greatly appreciated.
