Vyatta routers

Hello all. 
 
Do any of you have experience with using Vyatta routers? I'm looking into using one for a special project, but I'd like 
to hear from others who may have used them before. 
 
If you have, please comment on the following:
 
What is your overall impression of the product? 
 
Did you have any need to work with their support team? If so, how was that experience? 
 
Was the performance and ease of use satisfactory?
