We also have a large amount of documentation: http://main.uab.edu/Sites/it/internal/all/information-security/pgp/

http://main.uab.edu/Sites/it/faqs/58698/ is our recommended procedure. You can skip some of the steps but one issue
we, like many have, is the executive that gets a non-functioning device after undergoing a mandatory procedure. It's
not a quick process but we quickly got away from a "maybe we can script this" approach. If you have very tight control
over your hardware platforms for testing and can accept some risk around breakage, you can go with the automated
approach.

We kept running into issues with specific models / boot disk configurations.

Stephen,

Would you mind sharing the link to your wiki once it's available since we're also interested in a PGP deployment.

All,

Thanks to everyone who responded regarding our recent query on streamlined PGP WDE deployment experiences. KSU is very
early in the process at this point, but are confident that a PGP deployment which increases data security without
burdening our Faculty & Staff with technical management is an achievable goal.

Moving forward, we will be reaching out to those institutions which responded and are further along in their PGP
deployment. KSU will also be documenting our PGP project via a wiki, with hopes of it being a resource to other
institutions considering such a deployment. Lastly, we always welcome questions & feedback and would be happy to
discuss our experiences with anyone who might benefit from the dialog.

Warm regards,
