Security Language in Leasing Agreements.

Hello,

I am interested in examples of security language from Real Estate
agreements to sublet University facilities to a third-party.   In our
case, the facilities connect to the campus network.  This may include
AUPs, minimum connectivity requirements or other security or privacy
expectations.
