Agreed. I wasn't trying to suggest that PGP is alone in this practice or that there aren't reasonable explanations for the state of affairs. Just stating the results of my research.

It sounds like the situation is comparable for both vendors, which is more or less what I expected. PGP also does a lot quite capably, and does also integrate well with a variety of directory systems. The Mac client is just rougher than I'd like it to be. Best Regards, Mike Lococo
