Is there anybody else using McAfee, Symantec or other endpoint encryption tools for Macintosh?
Any word on iPhone encryption as well? Thanks in advance

We use Checkpoint's full disk encryption product (formerly Pointsec) for Mac encryption.

Thanks for the heads-up on Snow Leopard. Looks like they just released it on the 10th. :)

With OSX, the included encryption tool only encrypts data that is stored in the user's folder. This leaves too much to
chance, so we are extending our PointSec deployment to the Macs.

Apparently CheckPoint has worked out the incompatabilities that PointSec had with Snow Leopard (as has most everyone
else).

We're coming up on our Checkpoint renewal. I'm curious what folks are using for Apple hardware encryption. Are you
using the built-in product or something extra such as PointSec?
