Ed,

Do you have experience with them from a HIPAA perspective? That sounds
interesting, but I am interested in those with proven track records in
this space at the moment.

Clarification, please? Call tracking as in call recording or call
management track phone numbers?

Mathew,

I have an acquaintance that specializes in this type of
application/system. If you don't mind I would like pass on your contact
information so he could share his systems with you.

All,

One of our HIPAA Covered Entities is looking at implementing a call
tracking software package to facilitate better service. I was wondering
if any body has one that they would particularly recommend, or even ones
that we should stay away from.

Thanks!
