I guess all of this applies while you have an electrical grid up and
running and equipement shielded against nasty interferences.

So i guess "cyber-warfare" is more cyber-guerrillas or cyber-special-ops.

I really wonder where would be the adventage of a entity to declare a
full out cyber-warfare on a target when the best response would be to
pull the plug.

Some people might argue that you could loose control of remote systems
but again its like loosing a blackhawk in an hostile territory.

So i think all theories only applies until a conflict reach certain a
breaking point, where the real world take over the *cyber*.
