We just replaced out older Tumbleweed appliance with an Ironport. We're catching more spam than ever now, and the 
reporting features are great. The user self-service and personal white/blacklists have shifted the amount of work I've 
had to do back to the users. We also dished out for the mail encryption feature, which has worked well for us so far. 
It can query Active Directory or OpenLDAP for valid recipients, but certain AD topologies will give it fits.

I highly recommend the Ironport appliances, they have very low rate of false
positives, a high % of spam filtering, and very nice technology features to
integrate it to your network.

assassim.

I worked with all...all have good and bad...you should make a real-trial
before u buy.
