Hi,
AAA (Authentication Authorization Accounting) scheme is what you're
looking for. I would say that you may want to use TACACS+ which
supports all the things you mentioned as required in your list.Radius
would be fine as well but it does not support accouting which means
that you won't be able to monitor the switch for user activity.
