For DoS you could look at 
-What level of trafic can be supported.
-What are the (over)charges in bandwith.
-What is the cost (in buisness lost) of having the site go down.
-What is the fame gained in taking the website down.

as for your original list you probably also need to consider backups, permissions to knowledge level of users 
relationship.
