Hi John, If an organization wants to exchange email securely with another organization, one option is to just encrypt the connection between the two mail servers using TLS. It seems that individually encrypted email messages is only indicated if your security requirements are high and you need to ensure that only the recipient of the message can read it. Considering the cost/benefit, encrypted SMTP transmission via TLS seems a good solution. But only you can decide what your security requirements are. Yours, Zac -- Zac Mutrux CompuMentor
