Happy to be able to do something more than just lurk here and go "wow, I didn't know that." I find that SUS works really well when you combine it with some of the software deployment options (for example, deploying the Windows Media Player 9 and then sending out the patches using SUS). --- "Jason R. I figured it out how to add the template and there is an option to have it install without prompting you have to set the schedule in option 4 as Lee stated WORKS AWSOME thanks! -----Original Message----- From: Lee Seidman [mailto:lseidman () yahoo com] Sent: Monday, May 10, 2004 1:53 PM To: Jason R. I had done all that and the SUS isrunningon client as expected. The only problem is that when it comes to the time to install, It prompt the user whether to install thedownloadedpatches now or later. I would like to have it installed automatically at the background without any user interaction. I push it through the AD group policy. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Hart.
