RE: military strike possible?

At the time I learned about this, Russia was my only real concern. ;)

Considering there are, what, seven countries with nukes, there's still
plenty of countries left to hack^H^H^H^Hexplore.

I'd actually be more worried about the Mob. Nothing like hacking Jimmy the
Knife's computer late at night, and waking up the next morning with a
severed horse's head next to you in bed....

Interesting, and reasonable. Do other nations have a similar
assertion?

Going from the premptive strike philosophy demonstrated
in Mideastern
countries, what are your thoughts on a military strike
against (as yet
unseen) "cyberterrorists" a'la
http://www.msnbc.com/news/985295.asp?0si=- if there were
extranational
agents tampering with identified components of the
infrastructure to
the extent that they were risking human life?
