word on the streets was that the Chinese embassy was actively helping
the Yugoslavs track American planes and co-ordinate attacks on American
planes by adapting Russian technology. Remember the stealth fighter
F-117A that was lost initially ? After the Chinese embassy was
"counselled out", no more American F-117A were lost.

That rumor was rolling all over Washington, you'll note that there were never any charges against that B-2 crew, yet
they tried to crucify those two ANG pilots for accidentally killing those Canadian troops.

In Washington, the game is called "plausible deniability". . .

as i said, no solid proof, just word on the streets.

. . . and a lot of circumstantial evidence. Remember the words of von Clausewitz: "Politics is war by other means". .
