Staying motivated and keeping focus

Agreed with everyone who had comments to this effect. I know when I start feeling burnout, I take up a "turn your
brain to sludge" project, like watching an entire season of a TV show on DVD, beating a video game, or reading
something humorous (my favorites are comic strip compilation books).

Unplug dude

Once in a while - every 3-6 months for me

Its ok - take a week and do nothing, play games, what's movies, drink
beer, whatever you like

You will come back energized and more focused

Works for me anyways

Hi all,
I find myself sitting, listening to security podcasts (which in and of
itself is not bad) and playing desktop tower defense. I have tons of ideas
for new videos and articles but can't get myself motivated to start on them.
What do others do to stay motivated and keeping focused? I'm looking into
nootropics, but am a bit skeptical.
