RE: nselib-bin

The attached patch removes the nse_bitlib project (removed using Visual C++
2008 Express Edition). When combined with the other patch I just emailed to
the list, Nmap appears to compile okay and I ran a quick scan using -A and
nothing looked broken (I tested it on my Windows 2000 Server VM too). David
appears to have already updated Nmap.nsi to remove references to the
nselib-bin folder (aside from uninstallation).

There are a few other things in the NSIS files that I'd like to finish
writing (if I have time) to make the installation experience better (e.g.
getting our version of WinPcap to install itself as a service using Win32
API calls on Windows 2000 [which I've done, but I've not managed to
gracefully stop and remove it yet], only installing the VC++ runtimes if
they're not already installed, and warning the user when the silent
installation of the VC++ runtimes failed), but as it stands it should be
okay.

mswin32/nmap.sln still refers to nse_bitlib and nselib-bin. It's
probably safest to edit that file with Visual Studio.

Do we have any volunteers to fix this and ensure that all is working
well with Win32 compilation and installation? I'm currently knee deep
in building the changelog -- there have been more than 300 svn
checkins to /nmap since the last release! And there are probably
hundreds more in /zenmap, /nbase, and /nsock.
