Do you offer unauthenticated wireless for conference facilities?

No  User needs to register using self registration portal.

Is that wireless encrypted?

No
Is it a completely separate network / just internet access only?

Yes Different vlan.  Not just internet access but very limited (bandwidth and certain ports only)
