We are using Trend Micro IMSS. Works great. AD/LDAP support, EUQ works excellent.

Subject: RE: Spam Solution

Im running a good combination of Spam Assassin, ClamAV and the DNSBL.
SpamAssassin does a very good job filtering great deal of the spam messages
that are currently know. ClamAV eliminates potentially risky attachments in
an efficient way without adding more that 5 or 6 seconds delay to the
delivery of the Email.
And finally for DNS blocking I use three services that block know spammers
IP, they are zen.spamhaus.org
dnsbl.sorbs.net
bl.spamcop.net
This 3 services do an IP lookup of the originating IP and determine if they
are know spamming address and in that case drop the connection inmediatly,
elmininating this way more that 60% of the spam traffic to my site. BTW I
use sendmail, but I think every other MTA should be able to configure this
DNSBL.

Hope these helps you. And very important if you are in a low budget since
everything I use in here is open source and free services.

Would like to hear positive points and pain points on some solutions out
