I'll add another vote for IronPort. We get ~100k of spam per week (including invalid addresses), only ~2k legit. The single user quarantine is nice. We use the IronPort Blocker procured through Dell; Dell also uses IronPort. The Blocker is the cheapest solution they offer at around 4k - but it comes with a cool shirt <g>).
