Hi there, I have been using Tor for some time. The main reason because i am not using it anymore is because it is very slow. As far as i know your Ip is forwarded to a number of random "servers" before the request reaches the server.
Of what use is anonymity if i can't browse the pages? I am using a 1024/128 DSL here. basically it seems that your ip-adress can be obtained; See the Link for some more information: http://ha.ckers.org/blog/20070309/tors-privacy-broken/ Greets Scan_it Razorren schrieb:
Hi all, Any thoughts on "Tor"? Is this a safe and effective way to achieve anonymity while online? Is there anything better or what other tools should this be combined with?http://tor.eff.org/Thanks,Zero1
