I wonder if this is a bug in cmd.exe or a way to get higher than C:\ in
the object tree... Maybe this is a way to access forbidden resources.

\BaseNamedObjects and \?? are visible to user programs."

Standard Object directories are:
\?? (\DosDevices is a link on it) \BaseNamedObjects \device \driver
\FileSystems  \KnownDlls \nls \ObjectTypes \RPC Control \security
\windows
