I don't think this will work because the only valid charters in domains &
domain names are "a-z 0-9 . - _". Therefore the "< >" symbols should cause
an error processing the zonefile and the ASCII 255 will not propagate to the
DNS system. Pity, you could have some fun blue screening all those dumb
enough to run DNS on an NT box (if that's where the fault is).
