Seems to me the crashed Cisco 677 and 678 could be avoided if someone
looked at the Cisco security advisories.
On December 04, 2000 Cisco released a security advisory about crashing
600 series routers with malformed url's
Yesterday, August 7, 2001 they updated their advisory with extra
workaround information.
