"More teenagers than not"? Evidence?

I suggest that just because "Script Kiddies" etc are often teenagers it is
unlikely and offensive to infer (or appear to infer) that teenagers as a
whole (or even those with a IT bent) are more often that not of this ilk.

This is the sort of thing the media loves to do with statistics and
observation and it just gives our youth a bad name. There is no need for it
here. Back to topic....
