Request for assignment of DLT value for GSMTAP

Hi!

I've already sent mail about this in November 2008 by never got a response.

Can you please assign a DLT_ value for GSMTAP?

GSMTAP is a pseudo-header for encapsulating frames of the GSM on-air interface
(Um interface).   The pseudo-header includes information such as the timeslot,
freuqncy and other metadata that is not present in the data payload itself.
However, due to the TDMA nature of GSM, this information is important for
further decoding/processing of the frames.

There are currently two software defined radio GSM receivers that support this
format, they're called gsm-receiver and gsm-tvoid, both part of airprobe.org.

Once the DLT_ type has been assigned, we will submit a corresponding wireshark
implementation for inclusin into wireshark.
