problems accessing acid console

I'm getting a page not found error when trying to access the acid
console after installing and configuring snort on a w2k3 server. Snort
is installed and running as a service and I can monitor traffic on the
interface. My settings in the acid_conf.php file are as following:

$DBlib_path = "d:\applications\adodb";

$DBtype = "mssql";

$alert_dbname   = "snort";
$alert_host     = "localhost";
$alert_port     = "";
$alert_user     = "acid";
$alert_password = "go4itnu05!";

$archive_dbname   = "archive";
$archive_host     = "localhost";
$archive_port     = "";
$archive_user     = "acid";
$archive_password = "go4itnu05!";

$ChartLib_path = "d:\applications\phplot";

Would someone be able to tell me what I'm missing or doing wrong?
