getting stats from w32 on snort ...

i had to recompile to get SIGUSR1 to report back anything from the console
...

basically in snort.c i removed sigsetmask(0) from SnortMain() and let cygwin
handle it but it seems when i sent a kill to it (kill -s SIGUSR1 pid) it had
to wait for another packet before reporting back, i suspect it to be a
problem w/ winpcap + not snort.

anyone else know?  btw, is anyone else here recompiling snort on cygwin?
