FAQ Question 5.7 [0].  Check it out.  While you're there, have a read over
the entire FAQ.  It has an amazing amount of things in it.

You can't do it via mysql (to my knowledge), but you can use swatch [1] to
do it for you.  Have a look at this config file [2].
