Preprocessor options documentation

[Paul Schmehl <pauls () utdallas edu>]

Is there documentation anywhere for the preprocessors?  I'm looking
specifically for information regarding the portscan2 preprocessor.  I'm
wondering if there is an option similar to the ignorehosts option of
portscan?
