My response was a *mildly* sarcastic statement about the fact that
your tone and your specific wording almost guaranteed that next to
noone would really be interested in helping you.

You demanded; complained; made absolute, incorrect statements; stated
that you could not get anything to work, but gave absolutely no evidence
about what specifically you had attempted to do to solve your *own*
problem.

You specifically stated that you would not bother "..to go any
further.."

You stated that you had "..scoured the Internet.." searching for
answers, and found plenty of evidence that other had had the same
problems, in direct contradiction to the fact that your problems (as
much as anyone could make of them...) seem to be an utter non-issue on
this, the snort maillist.

Finally you stated that you wanted a "..mgr product.." that "..dummies
and meer (sic) mortals can install within there (sic) lifetime.."

Whatever that was supposed to mean, I really doubt that whatever you
are talking about would help you much.
