If you are going to take the time to reply, a personal email is the
thing to avoid in case multiple people are going to reply and try and
get someone pointed in the right direction.  Bug reports are a common
thing that we have to say "we *need* detailed info on your setup --
BUGS BUGS BUGS".

Users that are looking for something close to all the windows "active
packet protruder" will hopefully find out quickly that is not what
they are getting into once pointed in the right direction.

Lots of the questions here are of varied quality but for every one
that is asked answered, hopefully it populates the search engines
enough that it saves us from a lot more of the truely lost's queries.

If anything, lets get pitchfork pokin mad about people that don't use
subjects in their email. ;-)
