Right, that would probably happen. But in the end, it would still do
its job :-?

You might get through to the occasional one with a particularly thin 
skull (for a luser, that is).  However, keep in mind that there are 
fresh hordes of newbies signing up every day.  The problem boils down 
to a lack of a revocable "information superhighway driver's license".  
However, it's much too late to try to institute any such thing now, not 
that we'd ever agree on an authority to administer it, let alone trust 
any authority with such power.

But we're getting WAAAAY off topic....
