I've always assumed Astalavista (.net) is geared more for beginners or script kiddies. This is only an assumption based on the content they advertise, as well as the layout and such.

I would consider it more black hat than neutral, for sure.

While searching for resources I came across Astalavista.net, which I

quality of Astalavista's membership? Does it fall under black hat
more than neutral?

Thanks
