Moderator duties satisfaction survey

Pen-test members,

A bit over a year ago I took over moderation duties of the pen-test list from Al Huger. Aside from some hiccups (a 900mile move, one week of downtime from my server exploding) I've managed to process list submissions on an almost daily basis to try and keep the information timely and relevant.

I wanted to ping you members to get some feedback on what you like (or dislike) about my moderation of pen-test. Are there areas or subjects that get discussed which bore you? Am I too lax in what I allow to the list or do you like seeing the back and forth dialogue (and sometimes humor)? What topics do you want more of or are of the most value to you?

I'm looking forward to your responses and will reply back privately where I have time.
