I'll just skip over the sarcastic comments. lol

Downloaded a copy today (haven't burned it yet) but the MD5 hash was
good (thanks MD5Summer). It does sound cool, does it have all the apps
that Security Auditor has tho.

It's not a "complete, full solution" security CD like the others, but
rather it seems to focus strictly on pen-testing. The amount of
included ready-to-go exploits are impressive, plus Nessus (with update
script) runs smooth as silk. With a simple Internet connection, you
can have Nessus completely updated and ready to scan in minutes (from
a cold machine).

I'm still amazed by the hardware detection - it does better then
Knoppix v3.7. (I did finally get Knoppix v3.7 going and it still
doesn't recognize my 1GB I-Stick. WHoppix does without a hitch - it's
what I'm using for my persistant home.) It's not something you'll want
to rely solely on for all your security needs, but if you plan on
doing pen-testing, take a copy and speed things up. ;)

That is Mr. DJU, shhh don't tell people I am a DJ. =)

Doh! I have (and was using) v2.5 - maybe I read wrong. (I
thought it said it was based on v3.6). Maybe it was v2.4. No
matter - the I-Stick works on Whoppix, just not Knoppix. And
whatever version I had was based on Knoppix v3.6, so it
confused the hell outta me.
Umm, so what is new? =)

Whoppix shows promise to be a very full-featured pen-testing kit.
Assuming it's kept up to date, it would be another CD I carry
with me on the job, and advise others to do. Something else I
appreciated - Java/Flash support right out of the box.
Trivial to fix I know, but it's nice to not have to do it. ;)
