Not following.. you want to mount an FS (say, NTFS) from another OS (DOS,
Linux?) and read it that way?  You can do that... mount what type of FS
onto what OS?

Or are you wanting a raw sector editor?  Norton Utilities for DOS,
waaaay back to 5.0 would/will do that.  (In fact, I think they broke it
more in later versions.)
