Open WiFi Analysis Tools

I just saw a post from Bill about Driftnet and it just so happened I was
looking for something very similar.

Are there any tools out there that can listen to the traffic on an open,
unencrypted Wireless AP and show you details about what is being
transmitted as well as possibly capturing sessions for a session hijacking
attack. It'd be something like like Firesheep meets Network Miner? Any OS
will do.

This is an engagement for a client who would like to know the risks to the
users of their open WiFi deployment. Suggestions?
